1.Customized sample charge base on the design,and we would bear a part of the cost,normally charge from $20-$120.shipping charge on buyer’s side.
2.Once ordered, and reach our required quantity, sample charge could be refunded.
3.Sample lead time is about 5-7days base on the technological process.
Packaging
1.Bulk packing inner cardboard egg tray,outer 5-layer corrugated carton.Our bulk packaging is safe for land and ocean shipment .
2.Individual packaging: brown box/white box/color box/gift box/other customized packaging,logo and color could be customized.
3.Postal safety packing/drop test protection:Finalize the bubble inside the outer carton can have a height drop test base on client's requirement,ensure the packing protect products safety in transport.
Payment
1.We support T/T,Trade assurance,L/C.
2.As for mass production,30% deposit when ordered,70%balance against copy of B/L.
Delivery
1.We support EXW/FOB/CIF/DDP and other trade terms.SHENZHEN and XIAMEN port are close to us.
2.Once deposit received,mass production will be arranged at once.
3.Production time calculated from receipt of deposit.
4.Delivery time base on shipping arrangement.
5.Roughly production time for 20 feet container is 30days and 40 feet container 45days.Specific production lead time could be required due to our flexible production lines.

A:Quality first. Dongyang has our QC team which conducts 3 times inspection during the production process.When green body finished we conduct the first inspection.Then, second inspection after firing.The third inspection is conducted after decal before packaging.
