A : we are total professional factory producing all kinds of daily used ceramic tableware, and other ceramic household utensils. like mug/plate/bowl/pot/ashtray. Custom is our strong point.
Q: Where is your factory located? How can l visit you?
A : Our factory located in Chaozhou city,Guangdong province,China.It’s about3 hours by high-speed rail from Guangzhou.Welcome to visit us and once you reach Chaozhou pls contact us to pick you up.
Q:What is the material of your products?
A : we provide fine bone china, porcelain, new bone china, stoneware and dolomite materials.
Q: Does the company achieve any quality certificates or past any environmental management system and factory audit?
A : Yes, All the products could satisfy different kinds of quality test like FDA/EU/LFGB/CA 65 food grade lab test. We already achieved several certifications and audits like BSCI, SEDEX 4P factory audit.
Q:How's your factory capacity?
A : We have 3 white body production factories, one model factory.We could produce around 50,000pcs mugs/100,000pcs plates each week.
Q:How does your factory do regarding quality control?
A : Quality first. YANGYANG has its own QC team which conducts 3 times inspection during the production process. When green body finished we conduct the first in-spection. Then, second inspection after firing. The third inspection is conducted after decal before packaging.
Our normal quality is international AB grade. If the clients prefer better products, we could provide A grade products.
